退貨及退款政策

Warranty Policy:
Audiopark warrants that the Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and use in accordance with the respective Product user manual, during the Warranty Period (defined below).
1) 1 Year Functional warranty
a) If, within the warranty period, the product is proved to be defective (by Audiopark) due to improper materials or workmanship, Audiopark will, without charge for labor or parts, repair or (at the discretion of Audiopark) replace the product or its defective parts.
2) Ornamentation warranty
a) The bracelet ornamentation should be in good condition upon open box at purchase.
b) Deviations of natural material used on product & handmade products which do not affect the functionality are not included in this warranty.
c) Minor faults or deviations in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or fitness for its intended purpose; accessory included in the package are not included in this warranty.
3) 7 days product exchange
a) Only new product unused, with proper undamaged package and hangtags can be replaced within 7 days counted from the date of product receipt.
b) The 7 days return policy will not cover any fading out, discounted or promotional items
c) The 7 days return policy will not cover any product that has been unpacked or used (taken out of its original wrap or box, and without hangtag).
4) Returnable Application
a) Unless special arrangement, all warranty will be processed by replacement of product.
b) All replaced defective Product, parts, boards or equipment shall become the property of Audiopark.
c) Warranty date effective from the date of purchase. The consumer will be required to provide the original retail purchase receipt or other documentation, or information requested or required by applicable legislation in respect of the date and place of purchase.
b) In the event that such information is not presented or if it is incomplete or illegible, Audiopark reserves the right to refuse providing the above service in respect of the Warranty claim.
c) If the product or return is out of stock or discontinued, the same model of other color, or other items with equivalent value would be offered as a replacement.
d) Distributor must complete << audiopark return application form>> and based on the requirement of application to apply (included the customer receipt)
e) Distributor must complete << audiopark return application form>> and send it to the designated address
f) Audiopark must return the product within 3-5 working days after confirming the “audiopark return application form” from authorized distributor
g) To protect the interests of both parties, please contact our customer services first for leaving the order number, the return reason and etc.
h) Delivery fee is not included in warranty
5) This warranty does not cover the following range of services
a) Minor faults or deviations in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or fitness for its intended purpose Accessory included of the package
b) Faults resulting directly or indirectly from improper use (e.g. operating errors, mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage, operate on incorrect or improperly working device)
c) Use outside the conditions stated in the user manual.
d) Normal wear and tear of the equipment or otherwise due to the normal aging of the equipment.
e) Any modification of Audiopark products effected by consumer or a third party, unless Audiopark has given its prior written consent to the nature and extent of the modification
f) Any accessories supplied with the product
g) The product purchase from unauthorized distributor
h) Cannot provide the customer receipt from authorized distributor
i) Fault due to force majeure
j) The deviation of handmade product which does not affect the functionality
k) The deviation of natural material used on product which does not affect the functionality.
Remark
1) Audiopark reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Should any dispute arise, the decision of Audiopark shall be final.
2) In any condition, Audiopark shall not be liable to consumer for any loss out of your use of or inability to use the device.
